Positions available for interns, RAs, students, postdocs, and visitors
We are looking for interns, research associates, graduate (Ph.D.) students, postdocs, and visiting researchers that are motivated and interested in cGRNs. Our research demands some background in quantitative sciences. No biomedical background is needed initially.
Postdocs positions
Please follow the application process here.
Graduate (Ph.D.) students
We have fully funded PhD student positions available. We are a computational lab and expect students to have considerable quantitative/computational background. To understand what we expect for PhD students, check our expectations for postdocs above and lower it to PhD student level.
Our lab accept graduate students from two programs: PhD Basic Biomedical Sciences Programs and PhD Biophysical, Chemical, and Computational Biology. They have different requirements, admission processes, and deadlines. I encourage prospective students to apply to both. Our school have a dedicated committee to evaluate all applications and make decisions.
If you are interested in discussing about the PhD opportunity with us after receiving the program’s official offer, I would be happy to schedule a time by email.
High school interns
US-based high school interns must have work authorization from USCIS and permission to work from their legal guardian and high school. These are requirements set by our university.
If you meet these requirements and are interested, please send us an email to introduce yourself, explain why you want to join us, and attach your CV.
Other positions
Expectations are similar but lower compared to the postdoc positions above. Please send us an email to introduce yourself, explain why you want to join us, and attach your CV.
Applications are considered on a rolling basis. Typically you will be notified within two weeks if your application passes the initial screening.
