Do you have a position for Chen Fu?
Due to unexpected circumstances, our joint lab member Chen Fu is looking for a new position. He is looking for senior staff and junior faculty positions, in both industry and academia.
Please reach out to him directly if you or someone you know may have a position available. Below is a self-description:
Chen Fu is a computational biologist with extensive experience in single-cell and multi-omics data analysis, focusing on how genetic variation shapes cellular states in the human brain. His work integrates transcriptomic, proteomic, and somatic mutation data to uncover gene regulatory programs and disease-associated molecular mechanisms. He has led large-scale analyses involving hundreds of thousands of single cells and developed reproducible pipelines using both HPC and cloud-based platforms. Chen is currently seeking positions as a research scientist, senior computational biologist, or tenure-track/research-track faculty, where he can contribute to projects involving multi-omics integration, gene regulation, and the application of machine learning or AI methods to complex biological systems.
